Last updated: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iMusi mobile application ("iMusi", "the app"). By downloading or using iMusi you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
iMusi is a free app that helps you discover and play music videos, free music and podcasts provided by third-party services. iMusi does not host, upload, own or control any of this content.
2. Third-party content and services
Content in iMusi comes from YouTube, Audius, Jamendo, the Apple Podcasts directory and individual podcast publishers. Your use of that content is also subject to their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. All trademarks, videos, music and podcasts belong to their respective owners. iMusi is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Audius, Jamendo or Apple.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality or appropriateness of third-party content. Content may be removed or become unavailable at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- Use iMusi only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to download, copy, redistribute or circumvent protections of any content accessed through the app.
- Do not reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app or the services it connects to.
4. Copyright concerns
iMusi only links to and plays content through the providers above. If you believe content infringes your rights, please report it to the provider hosting it (for example via YouTube's copyright tools). You may also contact us at [email protected] and we will help where we can.
5. Apple App Store terms
These Terms are between you and the iMusi developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
iMusi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any content will be available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the iMusi developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or third-party content.
